Our electrode paste is available in various formulations to meet different customer requirements, including:
Slag smelting process (e. g. pig iron, ferrochrome, manganese alloy, iron nickel and platinum)
Slag-free smelting process (e. g. ferrosilicon, silicon metal and calcium carbide)
Process with special quality requirements (e. g. high purity ferrosilicon alloys)
Quality Assurance
Our electrode paste factory is equipped with our own electrocalcer, which allows us to control the quality of electroforged anthracite. Furthermore, the quality control of the binders that we used strictly followed our own high standards.
Heat Endurance
Our electrode paste formula can withstand the typical harsh thermal shock conditions under high-load furnace operating conditions, reducing the risk of hard break or U-turn.
We have also developed an electrode paste that is more resistant to oxidation. In the production of ferronickel, ferrochrome, high carbon ferromanganese and silicon manganese and other process electrodes are exposed to air and carbon dioxide, such conditions of the roasting of electrodes is more important particularly.
