We use our own electrical calcined anthracite

Our company has two electrical calcining furnaces specially used for anthracite pretreatment of electrode paste products, which have an annual capacity of 20,000 tons.

The company purchases high-quality Taixi anthracite and calcines it into electrically calcined coal by means of electrified heating. During the calcining process, the highest temperature is about 2200℃ and the average temperature is about 1800℃.

After electrical calcination, the anthracite is partially semi-graphitized and impurities such as volatile matter and organic sulfur are removed. This process increases the volume density, releases internal stress, increases the strength and reduces the specific resistance. The strength and electrical conductivity of electrode paste can be improved by using such calcined anthracite as the aggregate.
