Our electrode paste is supplied to over 50 manufacturers across the country, and is used in more than 100 submerged arc furnaces. Among these, the representative furnace types include 81,000 KVA calcium carbide furnaces, 60,000 KVA ferrosilicon furnaces, and those with a capacity of over 25,500 KVA.

Products: Electrical Calcined Anthracite

Our company currently has two calcining furnaces dedicated to the anthracite pretreatment process for electrode paste products, with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons. Anthracite from Ningxia, China, features high fixed carbon content, high calorific value, low volatile matter, low ash content, and low sulfur content. Thanks to our favorable geographical location, we purchase local anthracite for processing, ensuring control over the source of raw materials and making the quality of electrode paste more excellent and stable.

Product: Calcined Petroleum Coke

Our company currently has two calcining furnaces dedicated to the petroleum coke processing for electrode paste products. To ensure the quality of raw materials, we purchase low-sulfur green petroleum coke, which is processed in the calcining furnaces at a temperature of approximately 1300°C, resulting in a carbon content of about 98.5%. This processed petroleum coke is used as a carbon additive in the metallurgical industry.
